Love is the feeling that has been existent from the beginning of time. There has been various myths and stories that have been written on the immortal love between two people time and again. These stories have lived over centuries and inspired people to do crazy things that they would never do in their sane mind.

Be it the story of Radha Krishna or the modern play of Romeo Juliet. “Love survives the most challengings situation” we have been hearing this for long. It will always exist as an immortal feeling. However, the question here is, “Are all these stories true?”. The expectations set by the long lost history show a beautiful side to the feeling of love.

Millennia later, we still live and fall in love. However, the definition of love has changed from that period to ours. We have heard of the stories where couples die in love, now does that love really exist?

As the title suggests, Love these days is more about sex and money rather than the feeling of being together. It is a give and take relationship, where one would expect sex and others would expect gifts. Involving in some unattached sex isn’t bad, but naming that lust towards each other as love is tainting the ideals of love.

Physical intimacy isn’t wrong at all when you are in love you eventually come closer. We know for a fact that hormones make you feel attracted towards the other gender and it is entirely natural. However, there are a lot of people out there who use the word love to satisfy their body hunger. Sometimes they end up hurting people to such an extent that their trust is completely shattered.

There have been hundreds of definitions for love. But, my favorite is to define it as an intense feeling of affection towards a person. I have known from experience that love and sex don’t necessarily go hand in hand. However, sex works as a catalyst for enhancing their love.

It is time we talk about what we know and what we feel with someone who is a little mature than the age of crazy sex. Using the word “love” can break someone’s heart to such an extreme level that they will not be able to trust someone else. Be clear about your intentions when you start dating. Are you actually in love with the person or starting this relationship for sex?

Think before you say “I love you” out loud carefully.

Arvind Kejriwal, Chief Minister of Delhi has said that his party (AAP) will not form any sort of alliance with the Congress in order to contest the Lok Sabha elections in 2019. Previously, CM Kejriwal made extensive efforts to work hand in hand with the Congress in Delhi, but eventually realised that ‘the deal is not happening.’ He further added that the only reason AAP was an alliance with the Congress was to save the country. CM Kejriwal further stated that ‘Had AAP and Congress come together for the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) would have been easily wiped off in Delhi in 2019. But it seems that the alliance between AAP and Congress is not happening,’CM Kejriwal also mentioned that it is out of compulsion and helplessness that he had to share the stage with the congress party and other opposition parties in order to fight Prime Minister Modi and the BJP. According to CM Kejriwal, PM Narendra Modi and President of BJP Mr Amit Shah are ‘dangerous for the nation. However, CM Kejriwal still believes that his party, the Aam Aadmi Party will give a tough fight to the Bharatiya Janata Party in the coming general elections. CM Kejriwal fails to understand what congress wants. Following this, he further stated that ‘The Congress is weakening the AAP in Delhi and the BSPSP alliance in Uttar Pradesh. Same is happening with Mamata Banerjee in West Bengal.’

We have lost our brave hearts at the Pulwama district, Jammu and Kashmir at the hands of terrorists, the entire nation is sad and angry with what has occured. The Jawans who were killed in the attacks included individuals of different religions and casts. Today, We as a nation are going beyond the aspect of cast and creed and are saluting all our Jawans who have laid their lives for the country. It is because of them that we ‘the aam aadmi’ live and love peacefully within the borders.

Pulwama is a small district in Jammu and Kashmir, India. It is approximately 40 km’s from Srinagar. The province is well known as Pulwama accounts for high milk production. Today, 4 army personals were martyred fighting terrorist and security groups including a Major in Jammu and Kashmir. Reports suggest that a total of 4 terrorists have been taking shelter in the district. At press time, all four terrorists have been gunned down.

One of the defense spokespeople claims that these terrorists were involved in the 14th February car bombing attacks in Pulwama. Jawans who were martyred during the operation have been identified as Major Vibhuti Shankar Dhoundiyal, Hawaldar Sheo Ram, Sepoy Hari Singh, and Sepoy Ajay Kumar. These martyrs belonged to the 55 Rashtriya Rifles.

On February 14, approximately 40 CRPF Jawans in a bus were killed in a terrorist suicide attack in Pulwama district, Kashmir. According to reports, the act was executed by a terrorist organization called Jaish-e-Mohammed. Following the attacks on our Jawans, Pakistan has been facing a lot of pressure from all around the globe. As an immediate action, India has taken away Pakistan’s ‘most favored nation tag’ and has hiked custom duties of all Pakistani goods entering India by 200 percent.

On the eve of Tuesday, according to one of the stories by India Today, Congress came out to blame the central government over the Pulwama attacks. Congress believes that this operation was successful only because of the security lapses by the government. However, the attack on the center was not talked about by the Congress on Saturday as Rahul Gandhi stated that the party will not be holding any conversations over the next couple of days other than ‘our most beloved people have been killed, their families need us, and we are going to stand with them.’

Covering the incident, NDTV came out with a report according to which Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the time for talks with Pakistan is over. Narendra Modi in Bihar expressed his anger by saying that ‘there is a fire raging my heart.’ Amit Shah while attending a rally in Assam also stated that the government will not let sacrifices made by the soldier go in vain. Following which, Shiv Sena, an ally of the Bharatiya Janata Party also condemned the attacks and said that it was time to attack Pakistan and seek revenge in the deaths of the soldiers.

According to the Union Minister of State for External Affairs General (retd.) VK Singh “India will choose the time and place for retaliation and that it will be “properly planned and well thought of. Any war, war-like or punitive action must be planned for success. It should be a cold act, and nothing is to be done in a hurry,” General Singh, former Army chief, said. “Even Osama (Bin Laden) was not killed in a day, despite the fact that the US knew he was hiding in Pakistan. Let us support our forces.”

According to the reports in the Economic Times, Lt Gen Kanwal Jeet Singh Dhillon sent a strong message to the youth of Kashmir who he believes in misguided. He said that ‘anyone who picks up a gun in Kashmir will be eliminated.’ Lt Gen Kanwal Jeet appealed directly to the mothers of these young Kashmiris asking them to make sure that their children do not take up terrorism and surrender to the forces. Lt Gen believes that ‘ Mothers have an essential part to play in Kashmiri society.

These kind of attacks on the Indian army on the Indian soil are highly condemnable and sad. Pakistan needs to understand that they need to keep their state free from terrorists. We have let pakistan off the hook several times and this can not continue to happen. Our soldiers are precious to the entire nation.

Me along with the entire nation believe that now It’s time to retaliate. This is a mutual feeling amongst all Indians regardless of cast and creed. India has let a lot of things go, but killing of our soldiers is something that India will not succumb to. With this in mind, The Indian forces pinned down the terrorist involved in the CRPF killings. They also neutralized the mastermind of the attack. Entire India is waiting to find out what’s in store. February is a high time when parents, teachers and students tighten their belts in terrifying wait of the board examination. This is the time when teenager belonging to 10th and 12th standards are stressed out and scared to death. Be it a high achiever or someone who has been sulking on his/her studies, both, have a ticking time bomb inside their minds trying to figure out, how to get the best scores to their abilities.

What we forget this stress exists for a reason, you can either choose to let it be the cause of your downfall or use it as a driving force to improve your results. But, to fight exam stress, first you need to understand the reasons behind it, and you can establish ways to turn it into driving force. The major reasons for stress can be, either you lack the preparation & planning or competition among each other. We do not realize, but high expectations from parents are the major cause of exam stress.

All of us go through the same stress, but I will share the ways I kept my stress levels in check during my board.

1. Plan your study routine:

This is the easiest thing to do on the list. It is shocking to see the number of students who think creating a study plan is a waste of time. The ones that create it have a tough time following it. But with some effort, in the beginning, you can be more productive and motivated with each passing day. You just have to plan on:
“How many hours to study for board exams?”
“Which subject deserves the priority?”
“How to separate your leisure time?”

2. Avoid distractions:

I can bet on the fact that you don’t even realize how many times you check your social media accounts. Studies have shown that people between the age of 15 and 22 spend their 67% of the time of various social media accounts. I know most of the things that you love exist in the world of social media, but ask yourself is it really that important? It can be hard to detach but keeping the goal in mind can ease the process.

3. Get enough sleep

There are a lot of us who spend late nights trying to study, and it works for most of us as well, but a lot of us underestimate the benefits of proper night’s sleep. Sleep helps us assimilate knowledge into a long term memory so that we can recall it later. It is stated that people between 14 and 18 should sleep for at least 8 hours. You don’t have to sleep for 8 hours but give yourself enough rest that your mind doesn’t feel tired.

4. Pick a relaxing activity:

Mind in constant pressure ends up exhausting you in such a way that your subconscious mind finds ways to deflect you by picking a distraction. Do what you love other than sitting in front of a computer or TV screen. Meditate if that keeps your mind calm, listen to music if it helps, go for a run outside, or just drink a cup of coffee. This will help you keep your mind focussed and reduce stress.

5. Talk to someone:

It does affect your studies when you aren’t able to concentrate due to anxiety and stress. It does help when you speak with someone who could give you some useful advice. I understand the advice our parents give us at this point will have no effect. You can always talk to an elder brother, friend, teacher or a senior who would sit down with you and tell you how easy it reduces the stress and still get better scores.
